Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
I want to purchase a house but the owner does not have the orginal chain of agreements. He claims that it is lost in transit.
Kindly guide what is the procedure that can be followed if I wish to have a legal and peaceful purchase of this property.
Regards,
Mahesh
