Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the car parking from the builder after I register the agreement for the property in Navi Mumbai last yr. Car parking is not mentioned in the agreement. Is it can create problem in future? what should I do to safeguard my right for car parking? Builder has only given allotment letter. Is it true that if car parking is free of FSI, it should niot be charge by the builder?

You may sign a separate agreement mentioning provision of car parking or add annex to the main agreement and get this registered again.
