Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
I purchased a land in Village Haryana. That has 50% covered area with building and 50% is plane. This was build about 20-25 years ago for Dharamshala purpose with verbal confirmation from 4 land owners. It is not registered as dharamshala in Gram punchyat or Govt. No one is responsible to take caring it.
Now land owner decided to sell it, they asked us to buy it. Because we are from same community that why they offered us first. We purchase it.
Now few other person gave application to SDM and DC office against it. We got the registry but Intcal not register due to those application.
Could you please advise what we can do in that case.?
1. Is dharamsha allocation wont required to register in gram pancheyet or Govt.?
2. Where we do appeal against those application?

in case the land belongs to gram sabha and is for the purpose of dharmshala, your decision to purchase it may not be wise. however, you may see a lawyer with all the papers.
1. First find out whether it is a private and transferable land or not.
2. Against an application there is no appeal etc. However, against an order, one may appeal.
