Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir,

I have a shop in a commercial place in a Mumbai mall (Bandra west).

I given that on Rent for three to five years agreement(renewal on yearly basis).

Now tenet need to apply for GOMASTA license and VAT tax number from mumbai muncil corporation.

Will there be any problem for me in case he miss-use entire licenses?? as he is getting register under my shop number and name.

As advised before, the tenant will be entitled to use the premises in terms of the rent agreement and may approach appropriate authorities for relevant registrations / licences on the given address.

once the licence is applied, you may state that the address given is a tenanted premises.
