Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
In 2005 we 04 partners of the company bought a house in companies name, for which we made one of our partner the signing authority and did the documentation. Now as I am not associated with them at present can they change papers and say that I don't have any rights over that property? Also 2partners including me shared the same flat to living purpose and paid the rent to our company. I left the house about a year back and the person as signing authority is still living in that flat.

it all depends how have you dissolved the firm and the terms of dissolution of the firm
