Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Tulasa D/o. Basapppa Gulagajambagi from Mudhol taluk (Karnataka).

My Father Dead in Dec 2007 by heart attack and he had 24 yakar agriculture lands in his name. He has not written any will before he die.

I have two older brothers and Mother.

After my father death all property is jointly transferred to me, my mother and two brothers in 2008.

Then I married in May 2009 with Venkanagouda Patil and now I am leaving in Bangalore with my Husband & two children�s.

My brothers removed my name and transferred the all property to their names by forgery sign with the help of local Talati in July 2008 & Sep.2012 without my permission.

I visited Police station in Mudhol and I requested to file Forgery case on my brothers, they are not ready to file FIR & PSI said file private Forgery case through Lawyer.

Afterwards I contacted civil lawyer and he filed RST (Appeal to AC) and Declaration suit (Partition suit) in Mudhol court in Jan 2013.

Please suggest me how long it takes to get my share.

How to file criminal case (Forgery sign) on my brothers & mother.

Why Police will not take forgery sig FIR against my brothers?

Estimate of time in court proceedings is difficult to make.

If police are not taking FIR, you may approach the superior police and then court of concerned Magistrate.
