Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Tulasa,My father died on Dec 2007 and he had 24 acre agrrecultural land in his name in Bagalkot dist.and after his death all property is transfered jointly to me,my mother and two borthers.
i married in 2009 and now i am staying in Banglore with my husband .
but 3 months ago my brothers are transfered all property to thier names by forgery sign with the help of talati without my knowldge.
Now i went to Local Police statation for FIR but PSI told me to Give privite forgery complaint with the help of Lawyer.
but now contacted lawyer he file declararion suit (Partition suit) and RTS appeal to AC.
Please suggest me the Best and easy method to get my property.
and my brothers are cheated me and they did forgery sign.
how to file FIR againest my brothers & mother.
how long it take to get my share???

Dear Tulasa,
If your father had drawn up a Will prior to his death, the agricultural land and other assets of your father will be apportioned amongst all the legal heirs according to the Will. In the absence of a Will, you are entitled to get a 1/4th share in the property of your father. Persist with the partition suit and RTS appeal to the Appellate Commissioner through your lawyer in Peenya Ist Stage, Bengaluru and let it take its course.
Your next speedier line of action is to personally lodge a forgery complaint with the local Achanur, Adagal, Adihudi or Navanagar Police Station in Bagalkot, Karnataka in whose jurisdiction the 24 acres of agricultural land is actually situated, obtain an acknowledgement of the complaint, and move this matter faster to claim your share of 4 acres of the land.
