Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir

My father are 4 brothers and one sister of a hindu family(BOTH OF MY GRAND PARENTS HAVE EXPIRED WITHOUT A WILL), plz advise what is the legal way, for the devision of the parental property among them, as we are not able to arrive at a agreement mutually. and the sons of my uncle are trying to dictate terms by muscle power, i want to ensure the property is devided among the brothers equally.

Also advise what shall be the actual expenses involved.
