Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

My father has got debt of 50000 first time and made agreement on one acre land.

He was not able to repay it.Again they combined the interest and principle amount and made another one agreement another one along with that one acre.

By doing the same thing nearly 10 years atlast they produces the total amount of 5,35,000.Currently the worth of the lands will be more than 50 lakhs. My father has given all our 4 acres of land to them by pure registration.

Is there any possibilities to file a case on the land or to get back the land. All lands belongs to my grandfather,By using the law of grandfather land to grandson law or cheating case.

Please help me on this

the suit for recovery of the land may be filed as the title has not been transferred and father had no right to mortgage joint family property to the money lender.
