Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

dear sir...my grand father has 5 sons and 4 daughters. when my grand mother expired in 1964, he married again ..and he has 1 more cousin son. now my grand father has expired. and all 10 sons are asking for dividation. so how much share will go to grand fathers 2nd wife son. or how the dividation will be done.?

2nd grand mothers son is asking for half of the property in our grand fathers assets. pls advice.
