Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear, sir,

My grandfather given our shops on rental to our relatives to help them on agrement basis, we have made 3 agrements with them in the year 1965,1966,1967, after three years when we require our shops they were not hand over to us, then my grand father send them a notice by lawer to remove the illegal on 1968, on 1968 my grand father suddenly died, on that time my father was 18 old we were helpless my grand mother wrote a several letters to collector office to transfer the property in the name of son, now we are passing very bad days, so help me to know how to claim our property,

At present the assesment tax is in the name of my grand father, we are having the allotment letter of property, we are having the 3 years agreement copy orignal,

so you want to get the property mutated in whose name? what is the status of tenants? are they still occupying the tenanted premises?
