Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear Sir,
My sister's inlaws transferred her husband's ancestor's property to her sister in law's name on the very 10th day of his death. My sister filed a case against her in laws for claiming her husband's property.
This case is going on for the past 1.5 years. Due to the compulsion of my parents, she got remarried. Should she get the case back or can she proceed?
Our lawyer advised to run this civil case as he says rights inherited cannot be changed by marriage.
Please advise.
Thanks
Maniyam
