Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

Property in favour of my grandfather which has been transfered to Sale deed and has not registered yet. Grandfather having two son . Thrice has been expired . Elder son having two son, his eldest one is at high Government position as well as sufficient wealth and knowledge he wanted to own maximum part of property by his position and wealth.

Younger son of Grandfather having 5 children along daughter and me.Property still in favour of Grandfather. Please suggest the way how I can save ourself by securing our legal property.

What i have understood from your question is that the property is still in your grand fathers name and both his son s have died leaving behind two sons from the eldest son and 5 children from the youngest son tha includes you as well. Is your grand father still alive ?please clarify .
