Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir,

sale deed of my property is registered in my wife name so I have filed a case under benami prop. law.

but the case is going to be started.

I want to know if my wife sell that property after filing this case, what action i can take.

You have to file a suit asking the court to stay her from selling or alienating the property to anyone else or creating 3rd party interest etc.
