Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the property dispute. We wanted to know, if we have availed status quo till further orders on the property from respective city civil court. Does executive magistrate can pass any orders to handover the possession or seal the property under CRPC 145/146.
