Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Dear sir,
We are basically from Chennai belongs to Hindu family.
My parents property is self earned by my father. He have one son and daughter. Both childrens are married. Now parents are live. If they want divide the property. How can it be done legally. i.e. percentage of share, legal formalities, how parents will be taken care.

In case of self acquired property, there in no share either by birth or otherwise of any son or daughter.
As such, proper recourse would be gift and not partition.
