Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

We have a property in Ahmedabad. I want want to sell this property. I am Hindu and I want to sell my property to muslim because of high price. And this area was under "Ashant Dhara". If any hindu person objection to sell this porperty to muslim So, what is the processor to sell this property to muslim.

Pls. give your needful help as soon as possible.

It appears that by some local law or enactment, some restriction has been imposed. Kindly check what these restrictions are and then decide. There is a possibility that such restrictions may be unconstitutional.
