Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

We had rented our flat to our tenant in 2008, we have 2 agreements in place till October 2010, but after that we have forgotten to renew our agreement.Now we are selling the flat society is asking for the latest agreement, request to please provide us with a solution for the same.....Thanks and Regards,

you may executed a fresh lease agreement and terminate the same within days as per the clause mentioned in the agreement.
