Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
After the death of my father a property (Plot) purchased (after selling of old property) in the name of my mother , and we were two married and two unmarried sister, and two brother at the time of purchasing this property. Construction has been made in three installments, after my and all sister marriage. presently all are married and well settled. Now can sisters claim their share in this property?
However, at the time of purchase the G.P.A. and Sale deed was in the name of my mother and will in the name of two brothers but in the year 1999 conveyance deed in DDA office transferred in the name of two brothers. Presently status of conveyance deed in the name of two brothers is the same.

you have not mentioned whether the old property which was sold, in the name of father or not? It would depend upon the fact in whose name the old property was and whether the new property was purchased just with the proceeds of old property? Marriage of sisters or brothers really does not matter.
In case there is a share, it can be claimed.
