This indenture made this 23 day of Sep,2009 between Gujarat housing board colony and hirer SH RK Yadav s/o sh ram pal yadav r/o icchapur ,surat Th. GPA sh Ashok kumar s/o Raj Kumar r/o house # G2 , adjan road , surat vide vasika # dated sub registrar surat ( herein after called the owner which expression shall unless inconsistent and with the context or meaning include the heirs executors , administrators legal representatives and assignees) of second part .
in future can GPA person only sell the peropery

GPA if executed along-with conveyance (satakhat) then yes; other wise NO.
