How we can registerd the deed of Relinquishment and the title can be transfer by way of Relinquishment deed and their effects.

A Deed of Relinquishment is an established form by which somebody having some right, title and interest in an immovable property relinquish the same in favour of other/s. It is normally done between close relations. It has all the ingredient of transfer and conveyance and since it is registered deed, effects of such a deed can also be given to concerned revenue records.
