Deemed Conveyance

when a developer does not convey the landed property in favour of society, how does a society obtain deemed conveyance. wht are the documents to be submitted/arranged from obtaining a deemed conveyance.

There is yet no deemed conveyance. Kindly quote section of the Act/Law which provide for deemed conveyance for appropriate reply.
