We made large advance deposits to acquire our retirement property in Goa, India to M-Tech developers. The project has NOT yet started for nearly two and half years. What recourse do we have to get our money returned?

You need to approach either Consumer Forum or Court, depending upon the facts and circumstances and reliefs you want to claim.

Apart from above and in addition, you can also initiate criminal action against an erring promoter & builder.
