Re: development agreement
dear sir,
the query is incomplete and vague.nevertheless, the parties are bound by the terms of development agreement hence the terms of agreement is to be seen and if the agreement does not permit the sale then developer does not have any right to sell the plot.
for any other query/assistance you may cal on my mobile 9873343288.
thanks.
