Development authority
Can development authoriity pass
order of demolition of a house on
the pretext that the area is within
their jurisdiction.But no public
notice or information was
disseminated earlier and can it now
question authority of village
panchayat with whom prior
permission house was made. In
such a case whose authority will be
supreme.The village panchayat or
development authority? The village
was declared in development
authority jurisdiction 3 months back
but house was constructed 4
months back.

Village Panchayats have no authority to give permission to develop or construct or pass plans.

when a area of panchayat comes under the jurisdiction of the development authority then with in certain time there is a order in which the authority recognise the panchayat sanctioned plan if you cross the limit then you have to take the permission from the authority.
