What is the difference of court fee in the court of ADJ at delhi if one files a suit 4 declaration Or a suit 4 possession ,permanent injuction & mense profit?

the court fee is filed according to the market value of the suit property. as the same is being before the district judge, it has to be above 5 Lacs and the court fee would be affixed with the plaint according to the value. do state where the property is located and the area thereof.
