Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
(A)Is there any difference between (i)Possession & (ii)Occupation in regard to an immovable property.
(B) My son is not living with me in my self acquired house.What type of possession does he has i.e. actual or deemed or no possession.
(C) what is defacto or a de jure possession.
