Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Is there any difference between a Release Deed or a Relinquishment Deed? Does any stamp duty have to be made or any charges to be paid to the court/ Registrar for making a Release Deed or Relinquishment Deed? Does a Release Deed or Relinquishment Deed have to be registered, if so then what are the charges? Kindly give answers based on laws of Mumbai / Maharashtra / India.
