what is the differnece in meaning of bhogwatdar 1,2, & 3 in maharashtra property papers.

As per Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, there are only two types viz.
Class I or Bhogwatdar 1 - Heritable and alienable.
Class II or Bhogwatdar 2 - Heritable, but with restrictions on transfer.
