Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

what is the dimension of a standard garage in West Bengal.I bought a flat with additional 50,000 for garage.Now in my allotted space the builder is placing another car, the owner of which also paid 50,000 recently..And as per the space my car will be behind the new car..Is this legally right??what shall i do?
