Discrepency in Area of Flat in Mother deed and Present deed

The present deed of a flat mentions area as Super Built up 900Sqft however the Mother deed has it as Built up area 900 Sqft. Will this create issues in availing loan and purchasing it?

There may be a clerical/technical mistake which may not be material in the matter of loan/sale etc.
