if there is a dispute in Society committe then who will take care of society maintainance till the new committe is formed if the existing committee is not co-operating in the repair work

even if their is dispute they have to perform their duties or appoint someone to do such work

due to their internal differences they may not give up their duty.or ask them to conduct the election as soon as they can .
