Dissolution of partnership and stamp duty

We are a partnership

firm having the business of real estate development. One of the partners has brought immoveabel property (land) as a capital, and thereafter all teh partners developed the land and constructed a multi storey building. Now at the time of dissolution, the closing stock was 3 flats in the same building, distributed by the three partners.Kindly guide as to what kind of stamp duty does this dissolution attract? ( with case laws)

Is land with building made a Condominium or Society? Is land entered into the name of partnership in the records after same was introduced as capital of firm by one of the partners?
