Dissulution of Managing Committee

Ours is a regd Hsg Soc with 9 MC members.The 3 office bearers have resigned due to extremely obstructive approach of one member. No one else wants to take over but for this man. He failed to get elected in MC. Mc has decided to go to SGM. Does SGB has powers to dissolve MC & order fresh election.
