Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have distributed family with my sister in Delhi and my brother is in Dubai. He is unable to come to India, Can he sign the relinquishment deed of property in Indian Embassy, my sister will sign the deed in India and that can be attached for transfer of property.

he can send power of attorney to sign on his behalf...

or u can send papers there he can sign from there and u can send u bak

in case the property is situate here in india, it is better to execute the relinquishment in india and in case the same is not possible, you may do as advised by Ujala

Your brother can relinquish his share in your favour by sending you the relinquishment deed duly notarised by Indian Embassy in Dubai and he can avoid his visit to delhi for this purpose.
