Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am going through divorce with my husband but he is not willing to give me share of property which we bought on his mum and brother name, we paid from my husband account to his brother account for the bank load until property was paid off but we never had property on our name,. how can i claim share of what belongs to us?

in case you did not contribute anything in the property, you cannot claim the share. if the husband paid all the money and even thought the property stands in the name of brother and mom, you have no right.
