hi, want to know the documents

required to pay stamp duty and

registration of sale agreement of a

flat which is to be built in a building

in western suburbs of Mumbai after

demolishing the old building.

Stamp Duty is to be paid before execution of a document. Registration is to be done within 4 months from the date of execution of document.
