Previous title deeds.

Encumbrance certificate for a minimum period of 20 Years

upto-date tax paid receipt

Katha certificate / Extract issued by the Corporation.

Approved building plan [if applicable]

RTC extracts, Conversion certificate and Approved layout plan [if applicable]

1.SAle Agreement executed between the original owner and purchaser.

2. power of attorney.

3. Title Deeds tracing history.

4. Sale Deed.

5. Municipal assessment register extracts

6. katha certificate issued by corporation

7. All previous tax paid receipts.

8. Encumbrance Certificate from 1960 to till date.

9. copy of the sanctioned if any.

10. details of existing tenants in the building if any.

11. city survey extract.

12. p.t.sheet and chaltha.

13. family tree.

14. any mortgages

15. any litigation

16. original title deeds for inspections.

17 correct dimensions, measurement and boundaries of the property offered for sale.
