Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
How can i draft ws in the sp.civil suit:
problem is as under
"A" is plaintiff.True owner as per his case. Claiming that, defendant " B" by way of illegal way of using ellection card id, transfer "A"'s property infavour of "B". after transfer of property Of A B added his name in 7/12 then he sold half portion it to "C", I am in favour of "c". I dont know who is "A".i am bonafide purchaser.i.e. "C"
A is file suit for cancellation of sale deed & declration.
Temporary injuntion is given in favour of plaintiff.
So please give me some hint to making a powerful say in favour of defendant. Along with prayer clause
