dtp lpa approved map manupulated what crime in india ?

LPA DTP Approved Map layout is for 40*66 plot but the power agent converted into 33*66 plot when I saw i shoked registration was of 10cents and he took 12 cents money already what type of legal action can be taken against him in tamil nadu india. Urgent reply required coimbatore -tamil nadu india

this land was approved on 1988 by lpa dtp madras after that he manupulated in that of orignal map what crime is this to suite and what ipc is for legal opinion the owner shows manupulated map and we ask map orignal in lpa in cbe and madras but they are telling that the documents upto 1990 we destroy telling in dtcp chennai what now we hav to do please guide me Waiting for your positive words.

Mainly forgery and use of forged document. See section 463 to 471 IPC.

You need to keep in mind that one who alleges has to prove under criminal law. An accused is entitled to absolute silence.
