Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Earlier property exists in the name of the grandmother. later my father(only son) had written on his name before my grandmother expired. my

father has 1 son (myself) and 4 daughters (2 married and 2 majors unmarried). due to my job, i had to be in a different place and we dont

have any disputes. now my sisters(all 4 ) have are trying to get the property registered on their name.

1. can i have any legal control over the property??

2. can my father write a will to anybody of his like??

3. dont i have the legal right on the property as this is my grandparents property?/

kindly guide me in this regard

That your father has right to make a will in favour of any of his child and ever he can get the property registered on your name or any of your sisters or jointly. Everything depends on your father conscent.....
