Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
What are the most effective steps to evacuate a person who gained illegal entry into an under construction flat in a building by breaking the flat's locks , who has not paid a single penny to the builder and who has fabricated agreement to sell and other documents by bribing government officials in Nashik , Maharashtra State , india. How can legal heirs of the deceased builder in question find out if the agreement to sell is fabricated or actual ? What would happen if all legal heirs and their friends and relatives barge into the house and refuse to get out claiming that the house belongs to them and challenge the illegal entrant to prove that he has paid all the money and has occupied the flat legally ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
(Baner, Pune, Maharashtra)
To lodge a Police complaint for unauthorized trespass is recommended. The occupant will have to produce all original documents of the flat to the Police to prove that he is in legal possession of the flat, else he will have to immediately vacate the flat.

File a police complaint and file a Civil Suit seeking possession back.
Take suitable legal recourse in accordance with law.
