ejectment of tenent
my one house is given on rent by me.it is a domostic property not a commercial one.can i eject tenents on the ground that i need it for my profession as i m doing law and it wil be completed in this year.any case law to spot my case

You can very well file a petition for eviction on the ground of own use and occupation.

Yes you can file an suit for ejectment, with a due process of law, the tenant can be evicted.
