Encroachment on my land

We have this property at powai

which has been encroached by a

hotelier adn we dont have the

proper demarcation and we dont

know as to how much of his hotel is

in our property and the MMRDA is

not giving us the demarcation since

6 years. They are just playing

around with us . Irresponsible

fools.... Please show me the fastest

way to get the demarcation of my

property. Thankyou for your

suggestions and advice

you can approach the revenue officials for making a survey by paying some fees.If still you want only MMRDA to come and work for you then apply under RTI.
