Encroachment

By neighbour had encroached my land 3x67 sqft around 200Sqft. and laid a pavement on that what do i do to get my land back.

You may apply to the revenue /municipal authorities for 'demarcation' of your area.

If there is any encroachment, you may file a suit for possession.
