Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We have entered into an agreement with a party for land liasioning matters for which we have to pay him a consideration in cash or transfer him a portion of land. What is the document that we being the owners of the land can execute to transfer a portion of land to the other party against his liasioning charges?

the land can be transferred only under sale or gift and there is no other way of transferring the same.
