Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I entered a collaboration aggreement with a builder and as per the aggrement the building construction was supposed to start after the title deeds were transferred in our name which is being delayed due to some legal hassles
Does that mean we are stuck with this builder forever
There were no time lines for the aggrement is there any way we can get out of the aggrement or maybe if we decide to sell the property can it be done through any other builder
The aggrement was on Rs 50 stamp paper
