Eviction of rental house
We are residents of Andhra pradesh.My father who is 78 years of age and retired central govt employee, has rented his house for the past 7 years.Few years back,AP gvernment has brought a rule that a retired central govt or widowwer or a retired state govt employee demands to vacate his tenent and the tenent has to vacate it and immediately.Based on this,can my father get his house vacated immediately. My mother has passed away and my father wants spend his rest of his life in his house to have his past memories. Based on this two reasons can my father get his house vacaed within reason period of time?.Please let me know.

You may avail of the new law and file a suit for eviction through a local lawyer.

Since it is a local law of AP, I am not aware of the exact provisions.
