Exact clarification on huf?
UR advise please & UR advise not clear--- elucidate please were the headings of my questions asked on 14-10-2008 on this forum. Both related 2 the formation of HUF & matters related 2 HUF. SHRI SUDERSHAN GOEL & shri NAHAR has given diametrically OPPOSITE views on the formation of HUF & RELATED QUERIES. Kindly enlightened me ABOUT THE EXACT POSITION INTO THE MATTER. REGARDS.

HUF never comes into existence "automatically on marriage".
The deceased's share in HUF has to be inherited by all legal heirs as per law and not by surviving HUF members only.
Therefore, the sisters are entitled to inherit their deceased father's share in HUF property.
