Exchange Deed between two Companies which is registered in the office of Sub Registrar after paying Stamp Duty of an agriculture land is Legal or not?

Any transaction of property with consideration is valid, whether in cash or kind. Hence, it is valid, however subject to that the same is appropriately drafted. Take advise of an experienced lawyer.
